Suzuki DR650 Third Gear Set by Nova Racing UK.

This 3rd gear set is made by Nova Racing Transmissions in England to replace the fragile stock third gear set.

These gears are made from a high quality special alloy steel and then heat treated and superfinished.

The mainshaft drive gear and the countershaft driven gear are sold only as a set.

NOTE – These folks build complete transmissions for World Superbike teams among others, I’ve actually meet these guys through my trip to England managing a young Australian Superbike rider so believe them to be highly qualified to build this set of replacement gears. My brother and father also used Nova gear sets in their own GSXR and Hayabusa powered hillclimb cars.
