QUESTION – does the case saver fit with a 16 tooth sprocket ?

ANSWER – As there wasn’t much room to play with between the sprocket and cases, we kept a slightly smaller gap between the guard and sprocket, since it would be getting thin at the section notched for the wires. In saying that, you might eventually see a groove form in the guard from the chain, which usually happens when you chop the throttle. You won’t need to worry about this; it won’t damage your chain, and once the material wears away, it will no longer rub. So yes the case saver fits with the 16-tooth sprocket, Chris B&B Offroad.
