NOTE KITS NO LONGER INCLUDE THE TWO SMALL TENSIONER SPRINGS AS MIKE SAYS THEY ARE NOT NEEDED ANYMORE. KITS WILL COME WITH EAGLE MIKE’S OWN ROTOR HOLDER WRENCH AND PARTS NEEDED AS PER IMAGE. ALL BELOW BLOG IS AS PER EAGLE MIKE.

Here it is ! Complete Doohickey Kit by KLR guru Eagle Mike. All the stuff you need except standard shop tools.

Kit includes:

Eagle lever (no extension springs)

Rotor bolt

Torsion spring – you won’t get, and don’t need the extension springs. The torsion spring is far superior

Rotor puller

Rotor holder wrench

Inner left side gasket – premium aftermarket gaskets – resuable for skilled mechanic

Outer left side gasket – premium aftermarket gaskets – resuable for skilled mechanic

NOTE – All 2008 and early 2009 engines have a deep hole issue in the left side outer cover. We’ll include a (free) bushing /spacer for this when you order directly from us. (needed in last five of the VIN 20800 or below). If you have one of these you will need to email or note that on your order.

Here is a video Watt-Man made of how I hook the end of the spring in place. Be sure to pull the spring around in an arc as you hook it in the slot.
