Honda CRF300L Radiator Guard by B&B Offroad
The guard is a 2 piece construction consisting of a CNC machined extruded louvred front panel for added strength and to maximize the airflow while reducing the risk of stones, dirt and other debris directly hitting and clogging the radiator’s core.
The main frame structure of the guard is machined and formed from a 2.5mm 5052 Marine-Grade Aluminium, with added cross-tube bracing to provide additional side impact protection.
NOTE – also fits with Acerbis 14lt fuel tank.

Exquisite quality as usual from B&B, let down by weird installation instructions from B&B, as usual! Pro tip if you get one of these – the unit comes assembled. You need to disassemble the grille from the frame or you can’t mount it!! They don’t tell you this and you WILL spend time trying to figure out what you’ve done wrong. Also, the upper push-in fastening from the factory guard isn’t used on the B&B, so don’t waste time trying to find where to put it. Nope … they don’t tell you this either!! Bloody top product once you finally get it installed though.
