DR650 96′ to current
Suzuki DR650 Jet Kit by Procycle USA.
Upgraded – Procycle jet kit for the DR650 stock Mikuni BST40 carburetor.
Includes the extended fuel mixture screw and stainless steel allen screws for the float bowl and top cap.
Also included are new Viton o-rings for the float.
Comes with easy to understand detailed instructions and diagrams.
Includes a template for modifying the airbox.
NOTE – The Americans are mad and love to cut the whole top of the airbox out !! It is their jet kit and their instructions, clearly they need more air there ! Our techs back in the day used a hole saw or similar and drilled a couple holes at the top but towards the back of the airbox, so much neater. And if you ever need to modify the airbox or change it’s a lot easier to duct tape up a couple holes rather than trying to recover or modify a completely cut out airbox !
NOTE – WE HAVE THREE DIFFERENT JET KITS AVAILABLE FOR THE DR650 ALL LISTED UNDER THIS THE ‘FUEL/INTAKE’ CATEGORY, Procycle, JD Jetting and DynoJet.

Dave Impey –
For the small cost and short time it takes to install it is a great investment. Adds to that bottom end and midrange which is what the DR650 is known for already. Helps thump around with that too tall first gear a lot easier. With the FMF Q4 it is a different bike. Might have to try the big bore kit next 🙂

What Dave Impey said. Really drives home the fact that an increase in torque across the power band is more important than a peak horsepower figure. Takes off so much easier. Comes with three jet options. Recommend you upgrade from stock exhaust too so that you can pick the number 150 (free-flow exhaust) jet option.
