RMZ MX Front Fender – DR/DRZ Fitment

Continually looking for a great front fender ( mudguard ) these particular RMZ copies work very well. Our staff fitted dozens and dozens of these back in the days when we were Suzuki Dealers. I’m sure there’s others and I’m always trying them. Anything looks better than the old dated huge floppy dinosaur that’s fitted now !

These are slightly smaller and way sharper looking, a better fender on these 20 year old machines, a low priced must have in my book.

NOTE – Most fenders require a little modification but these are quite easy. Suzuki doesn’t change much and on most models holes are always approx 60mm apart, just mark and drill two holes, cut the two little taps off and on she goes. Not a necessity but I always add longer bolts at the front for peace of mind.

NOTE – minor adjustments can also be made by putting washers in between the fender and lower triple clamp. Change the angle for your own desired look or get it further away from the exhaust header.

NOTE – attached images show fitting and how it looks and fits on several models.

NOTE- without major modification a fender brace or light mount would not work with this particular fender.
