TFX shock for the DR650. Adjustable in rebound and spring preload. Its a 46mm bore and 16mm shaft – heavy duty with good oil capacity capable of carrying luggage and being a very durable adventure shock.
Handmade in the Netherlands to your specifications, the TFX Type 140 is a fully rebuildable gas-charged single tube shock with a 46mm bore. It features precise tuning using threaded spring preload adjuster rings and 40 click Rebound adjusters.
Built from tough parts like a 6082 T6 Hard Anodized Alloy Body, extra large 16mm Induction Hardened Chrome Moly Shaft and low friction X-Seal head with Teflon backup, it can take real punishment, and is backed up by a 5 year warranty for recreational use.
NEW “These shocks have been revalved in Australia to provide increased low speed rebound and compression damping to suit Aussie conditions. The piston band o ring has an increased diameter to improve the seal to help with the extra heat demands“

NOTE – spring rates are a supplied guide and people should do their own research. Most have there own idea about what spring would ideally suit them. Some riders are faster and tackle more difficult off road terrain and like a firmer set up. Some carry little gear some a LOT ! Some prefer a more plush feel and so forth, go up or down in a size to suit –
